As a dedicated family man and a strong believer in the power of faith, I, Onzia Ronald, have built a robust career that combines my passion for telecommunications infrastructure and renewable energy with an entrepreneurial spirit. With over 20 years of extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure planning, deployment, and management, I have honed my skills in budgeting, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, capital raising support, design, deployment, optimization, training, and human resource management.

My journey began in the renewable energy sector, where I discovered my passion for sustainable solutions. I have continued to extend my telecommunications expertise beyond Uganda to East and Central Africa, enhancing universal access to telecommunications services for all communities.

I was instrumental in founding Ubuntu Towers, collaborating with colleagues to secure vital funding from multinational companies and development finance institutions (DFIs). This venture solidified my expertise in the telecommunications infrastructure landscape and laid the groundwork for my entrepreneurial pursuits.

Recognizing the potential for impact beyond telecommunications, I established Tripplex Uganda Ltd, a family-owned business that embodies my commitment to enriching lives through health, hospitality, and lifestyle. Under the brand slogan “Enriching Lives Through Health, Hospitality & Lifestyle,” we have built a trusted reputation in the industry, delivering exceptional services across multiple sectors.

Driven by my passions for family, community, and business, I continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the lives of those around me. My mission is to leverage my extensive experience and entrepreneurial insights to create sustainable solutions that resonate with customers, investors, and communities alike.
